My lawyer sent all documents to uscis and reached uscis on July2nd except my employment letter.Do uscis accept my package and give receipt notice or reject the whole package.Any suggestion please.Thanks

To add my wife I'll need to pay 500+ per month which is pretty expensive. That's why I was looking for outside options. I found some on ehealthinsurance but none of them cover pregnancy.

Craap!!!! I have visited India 5 times in last 7 years. The officers have been very courteous and help. This mail is to discredit the system. Please stop discrediting your motherland. I can share my experience. I had BE + 3 Yr Exp + MS + 1.5 Yr Exp when I filed for GC. My employer filed the labor that was MS + 0 Yr exp. He said we cannot claim 1.5 Yr post MS since it was in house experience. The experience I gained after BS was not eligible so he said the post would go as MS + 0 . We did attach my experience certificate for work after BS (nothing for work experience in the same company) as supplimental qualification.
I know lots of friends working in expedia who were hired from our graduate school and their labor were all MS + 0 in EB2

I love my Better Beamer. :) I think my last posted shot of the brightly sunlit finch wouldn't have been usable without the fill flash. Can you handhold that 300 2.8?

I need to practice some more with the BB to dial in the correct amount of compensation. It does give the flash quite a lot more oomph.

I am thinking to get the AFFEDEVITS of my wife from her FATHER and MOTHER stating the inforation of my her BIRTH.
My wife was born in XYZ city but now her parents reside in ABC city. My question is will it be OK if her parents get the AFFEDEVIT from ABC city stating that she was born on XXX in XYZ city or does the AFFEDEVIT has to be made from XYZ city only.
I just thought of this and wasnt sure if its ok or not. Can any one please clarrify?

Hi,
My husband's company is paying for his 485 fees but not for me. I'm just wondering if they should charge me a separate legal fee for this case?
My understanding is legal fee already covers for both me and my husband and this has already been paid of by the Company. And now they are charging us a separate legal fee for me also as spouse.

Then why do we need an attorney if we are there to correct them. We provide them with proper documentation. They make sure they put it correctly in the form. I can understand if a wrong document has been send and that caused the error but otherwise what are they for.
Not entirely true. In my case all I did was verify that my personal data was correct. But when it came to certain issues and confusing stuff I brought it to their attention and they took care of it. In my opinion you do need a lawyer unless you are absolutely 100% confident that you can fill those forms without screwing up.

I have been a consultant with vendor V at client C for over 4 years now, wanted to change the vendor but this guy showed an anti compete I signed with him at previous client(no contract signed for current client though) mentioning anticompete for any future clients of Vendor.
The company is based off New York where anticompete is followed, so I had to forgo my plans of joining another vendor for the client.

on DS 156, Q 38- "Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa,----?", Do I answer yes or no. There is another question, about 'has your visa ever been revoked?"
An attorney that i consulted, said the answer is 'No' to both these questions. His explaination was, I might have violated terms of h1 status and my h1 status has been revoked. But I have not violated terms of visa, and my visa (thats stamped in the passport) has not been revoked.
Is his explaination correct?
